Nice Pool - not to far from the beach and some resturants.
Had to pay in cash - would not accept credit cards.

Location near the beach; swimming pool, although small
People staying there annoy us with thier load voice after returning from their "night-life", not taking care of other guests. Breakfast was extremely limited to one item.

It was quiet with a small pool which was not used much so you could enjoy it on your own !

The hotel was in a great location and very quiet.
In no way could the room we were given be called an apartment or a studio. It was a small room with a fridge and a two-ring hob. That said, it was clean. We arrived very late and asked to change rooms but there was nothing else available (so they said).

The rooms were spacious and uniquely designed. Rooms were equipped with a fridge and there is also a table and chairs outside to enjoy the sun.
There was no credit card facility even though the hotel details stated there were facilities. We also asked one of the staff to order us a taxi, which instead he called his friend to drive us to the port in a tiny car that barely fit our luggage. The staff do not speak much english.

It was located very close to the beach, just a 3 min walk so that was great. The staff was nice however they did not speak any English. Luckily I speak Greek and we managed to understand each other. The nice thing was also that almost none of the guests used the pool so whenever you felt like a swim in the pool you would be all alone.
The first day we got a room with just a very tiny window and the room did not feel clean. There was loads of mold in the bathroom and there was no warm water. We did however get to change room the day after and got upgraded to a room with two separate beds!! not really what a young couple wants. The breakfast was also not really a breakfast with just a few pieces of bread, marmelade and juice. The owners of the hotel also had a huge fight one of the days when we were there which resulted in broken tabels, plates and glasses. They had to fish out broken glass from the pool...

Quiet location, near to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff helpful and moved us to another apartment with cooking facilities when requested. The first romm we had was lovely but had no cooking facilities so we moved to an older apartment that had. Second aprtment had a lovely huge balcony. Pool nice and quiet - not huge but big enough to dip in. Simple breakfast of tea/coffee, fruit jioce, bread, jam and butter included which was enough.
Did not accept credit card even though this was stated as a payment method on Booked.net. You need to use Google earth and not rely on Booked.net map for location. Hotel is down road opposite Meltema Club (half way into Perissa) where there is a bus stop. Very basic cooking facilties ( greek thing it seems) and you do need to bring own soap/ shower gel (.Note: very expensive to buy on island so bring from home!)

Swimming pool l
All less swimming pool and the ubication. The personal is very unfriendly and they don`t speak english. The bedroom are very small and dirty[our bedroom don`t have balcony] and the bathroom is worse. The shower doesn`t have curtains and don`t exist hot water.

Lovely place, close to the best beach and restorants, shops.
The tap water had a smell. I avoided having showers as my skin got eachy. I washed one of my tops by hand and the silky fabric got ripped all over.

I have stayed nearby before so knew the locatioin was great for the beach and the small town itself. we got a lovely welcome even though it was at 1am. The room was a great size and although it was across the road from the main apartments and pool, we had a lovely courtyard and plenty of privacy. Pool was small but ample for hangover hangout :-) and no crowding of same despite several towel wielding lounger bookers.
The bed was on a concrete plinth so quite hard, Kitchenette implies some small cooking facility, (there was a fridge and workspace so would not be hard to supply 2 rings, saucepan, plates, knife and fork. The electricity went off each night around 3am and came back on at approx 06.40, no good if you like air con.

This is a famiy-run place 2 block back from the beach, with a very competitive room rate including breakfast. It was convenient having the electric hotplate, some plates and bowls, 2 pots and the Greek coffee maker; I borrwed some cutlery from the owners. I stayed 7 nights, so I bought provisions and made coffee, tea and some meals myself. The WiFi was not available, so I would go to Beach Bar where WiFi was free and buy a hot lunch. There was no curtain in the small shower, but I learned to turn off the water while I was using the soap; this made for less spillage and the floor dried off quickly anyway. The husband did not speak any English and the wife had only some; but I knew this when I made the booking and we seemed to get along fine with sign language. Perissa is so small there are no street names and numbers and I had read other guests had trouble finding Athanasia Apartments. So I asked the people at my Fira accommodation to call ahead, and the husband picked me up from the bus stop at Perissa.
There was nothing I did not like - I had read other guests comments and took them into account when I went ahead with the booking.

Excellent accomodation for the price. The owner was firendly and very accomodating as we had small children staying in our group. Very small hotel with a lovely pool, great with children as they can't wander off easily
We requested a cot for a baby but had a bed instead, worth taking your own travel cot
